This data is stored in our database, Supabase, because it provides strong data encryption, strict access control policies, and adheres to industry standards and regulations to ensure your data's security and privacy.
3. Conversation Information:
When you interact with our chat feature, your messages are automatically collected by our app and securely transmitted to the OpenAI API via encrypted API calls. We uphold stringent security measures to ensure the protection of your data both to and from the OpenAI API. To further safeguard your privacy:
Anonymisation: To anonymise your data whilst you are interacting with your AI assistant, we have ensured all of your personal data stored in a secure database, is connected to your User ID, which is a random and unique set of numbers, instead of identifiable login information.
Conversation History and AI Assistant Data Ownership and Use: MatriWell and OpenAI does not read, nor own your data, providing an additional layer of privacy. Only you have permission to read your conversation history.
Encryption and Access Controls: OpenAI encrypts all data at rest using AES-256 and secures data in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. We maintain strict access controls to limit who can view your data.
Non-identifiable data that is collected
We use Google Analytics, which automatically collects device, location, and usage information. We use this information primarily on an aggregate anonymised basis to understand what’s working and what’s not with MothersPA so we can improve our services.
