Our mission is to create a world where every mother — no matter her race, location, or income — can access the essential care she needs for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Every year, 1.9 million babies are stillborn and 300,000 mothers die — most from preventable causes where symptoms are missed, voices go unheard, and care is fragmented. Matriwell has created MothersPA, a personal health assistant that helps mothers track symptoms, understand their bodies, and share their experiences so they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
What makes MothersPA different is its ability to bridge the gap between mothers and clinicians — designed to connect with healthcare systems so doctors see a clearer, more complete picture of their patients, rather than relying on incomplete records.

Joy Randolph is the Founder and CEO of MatriWell, and a third-time founder in the women’s tech consumer space.
She began her career building an online lifestyle magazine that reached over 1 million views per month, followed by a career development platform that engaged more than 2 million women worldwide.
Joy is more than a builder — she is also a brand strategist. As a former consultant for Nike, L’Oréal, and Unilever, she launched Freeletics in the UK and scaled it into the #1 health app in the App Store.
